To get yourself rights to read and post to Guild Only category go and register on our forum (if you haven't done this yet).
Then choose Usergroups from the menu above. Choose from dropdown menu the Guild Members part and require rights for that usergroup.

Make sure you ask either me or Dalthus, after joining the guild, to accept you in the Guild Members' usegroup.
